About PDF Merge
Admission portals, visa applications, loan processors and HR teams often ask for all your documents in a single PDF. Instead of emailing six attachments or installing heavy desktop software, you can merge them here in seconds from your phone or laptop.
The tool copies every page from each file into a new document in exactly the order shown in the list. Pages keep their original size and orientation, text stays selectable and images keep their full quality, because content is copied rather than re-rendered. You can mix A4 scans, letter-size exports and landscape pages in one file.
Order matters for reviewers, so put the most important document first — usually the application form or ID proof — followed by supporting documents. Use the arrow buttons to rearrange files and the cross button to remove one you added by mistake. If the merged file is too large for a portal, run it through our PDF Compress tool afterwards.
Password-protected PDFs generally cannot be merged until the password is removed in your PDF reader. Fillable forms and digital signatures may not be preserved in the merged copy, so keep the originals of any signed documents.
Merging uses the open-source pdf-lib library inside your browser. Your documents are never uploaded, which makes it safe for marksheets, bank statements and identity proofs.
